In-House Consulting and Training
Every program is custom designed to meet the specific needs of each firm.  Whether the focus is on:  Staff Training & Development, Increasing Management Effectiveness, Initial Staff Training, or Developing Experienced Staff - each program is exclusively individualized. Therefore, many of the firms that use Terry choose to Video/Audio Tape his programs, producing a customized set of training tapes for their ongoing use.

Firms also bring Terry in-house to conduct: Operational Audits, Establish Performance Standards, help with Strategic Planning, assist with the development of Internal Resources or to determine a Valuation for their business.

Telephone Consultation and Training
Take advantage of Terry's expertise on an as-needed basis through prearranged conference sessions via the telephone. Whether it is a one-time event or an on-going relationship, whether it is a conference call that includes the entire staff for training purposes, or an owner/manager session covering a variety of topics, this option has proven to be both productive and cost effective. For those firms who utilize this option charges are by the minute and billing is on a monthly basis.
